Hi, I'm Rhonda and I truly believe that Being InTune with Yourself is the SECRET to Work-Life Balance. It’s about Health, Wellness, Wholeness, Passion and Purpose.  I created InTune Life because my heart's desire is to help empower and give you the tools to live the life of your dreams. 

 I've been on this earth/universe 58  years and have experienced just about everything when it comes to living, managing lives,  healing and helping others. Married to my best friend for 36 years and we have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren.  Life is very busy but I don't waste a moment as I know there is much to do!  

My father died when I was 2 and we were poor and also moved just about every year.  Miraculously, I had the faith of a child and determination to do something positive with my life.  My deepest desire has always been to heal, inspire, encourage and empower others.  God has gifted me with a passion and desire to heal using a holistic approach. I believe we receive joy and satisfaction from helping and serving others.  To me, happiness is the end result of giving your gift and the meaning of life is to give it away! 

As an entrepreneur and owner of a Medical Health & Wellness Spa, I am passionate about helping others to live a life in balance and to find their true authentic self and ultimately to fulfill their dreams and passions.  I'm here to be your coach, motivator, and encourager, to give you the strategies and tools to help you live a life in balance, InTune with purpose, and passion!

To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.

In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle, in balance and in tune with your whole self  using a holistic approach.
